The Greater Victoria Harbour Authority operates moorage and marina services right in the heart of Victoria Harbour. These port facilties welcome over 3,500 recreational vessels between June 1st and August 31st of each year.
The Greater Victoria Harbour Authority (GVHA) operates five port facilities. Ogden Point, a deep water facility, Fisherman's Wharf, Causeway/Ship Point, Mermaid's Wharf and Wharf Street to Johnson Street. The latter two are both located in Victoria's city centre.

When entering or leaving Victoria Harbour please be sure to follow the Victoria Harbour Traffic Scheme, keeping the yellow markers to your port side at all times. This procedure is necessary to alert aircraft operation.
Victoria Harbour Regulations are administered by Transport Canada and are strictly enforced by the Harbour Master and the Harbour Patrol.
Transport Canada is implementing new speed restrictions effective May 15, 2008. Please review the attached notice for details: Port of Victoria Speed Restrictions.
Prior to berthing please hail GVHA dock staff on VHF 66A for a moorage assignment. Moorage is available on a first-come, first-serve basis unless a reservation is made (see Reservation Information). If Victoria is your port of entry into Canada, please report to the Canada Customs* dock for clearance prior to requesting moorage.
The GVHA maintains a mandaroty rafting policy required for all vessels within its facilities.
