Property Administrator

We are seeking a F/T experienced Property Administrator to coordinate the preparation of licenses, leases and contracts. You will be responsible for the administrative functions involved in the maintenance of GVHA’s property portfolio. Ideally, you have a diploma and/or 2-3 years experience in property management, administering contracts and/or legal agreements. You are extremely organized with attention to detail, proficient in MS Office, have excellent communication skills and work independently.  You will also demonstrate superior customer service and strong time-management skills and be a creative problem-solver.

Accounting Assistant

 


We are seeking a P/T (increasing to F/T)) energetic, adaptable Accounting Assistant to provide support to the Finance Department in the areas of A/R and A/P. You will be responsible for invoicing, data entry, plus bank and other account reconciliations.  Ideally, you have a diploma and/or 1-2 years of accounting experience and are proficient with MS Office and accounting software. The successful candidate will be extremely organized with attention to detail, have excellent communication skills and work independently.

Volunteer Positions

Community Advisor Pilot Project - 1 year term
GVHA is seeking 3 Community Advisors to provide advice to management on the impacts of GVHA facility activities on local residents and to assist in finding mitigations to the impacts. Community Advisors are expected to bring a positive, solutions-based approach to addressing community concerns associated with working harbour activities on GVHA properties.
